Top 125 Most Memorable Political Moments
On December 5, 2007, the MBC announced the results of an unprecedented national survey. The museum solicited the opinions of hundreds of leading political scholars, politicians, commentators, and analysts to create the "Top 125 Most Memorable Political Moments" in American radio and television history.

The MBC archives houses material related to most of these moments and we are aggressively Pursuing additional content. This collection of material will serve as the foundation of an interactive exhibit titled Politics on the Air at the new MBC now under construction in Chicago. The exhibit is funded by the James M. Cox Foundation.
In the meantime, we will be featuring the contents of the list online along with other relevant programs from the MBC archives and expert interviews that provide insight into the political processes illustrated by the moments on our list.
