New museum hours, effective 1/1/19: Tuesday 10AM - 6PM, last admission @5 Wednesday 10AM - 6PM, last admission @5 Thursday 10AM - 6PM, last admission @5 Friday 10AM - 5PM, last admission @4 Saturday 10AM - 5PM, last admission @4 Sunday noon - 5PM, last admission @4 Closed Mondays (except Monday, 2/18) Last admission one hour before closing. Please give yourself 2 - 3 hours to fully enjoy the museum. Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day. Admission Prices (all inclusive): Winter discount also effective 1/1/19: We'll be temporarily offering $5 off all ticket prices, beginning 1/1. This makes General Admission $20, and Senior (65+), Student, Educator, and Military (new discounts!) tickets $15. We will be honoring unused Premier-purchased tickets & gift certificates until 3/31/19. Any tickets purchased via a third party are still subject to the date on the voucher. Plus applicable sales tax. Due to contractual obligations, we can only redeem Groupon and GoldStar Promotions that are specifically for ‘Saturday Night Live: The Experience.’ The January vouchers will be honored. 3rd floor admission without purchasing SNL: $6 Adult $5 Seniors (65+) FREE up to age 12 Free admission for members. Look for the Hertz sign. Prepaid parking discount of $9 for 6 hours - must be paid in advance using this link and entering promo code SNL. Public Transportation CTA bus routes 29, 36, and 62 all stop at the front door of the MBC. From the CTA Red Line station at Grand, walk south on State Street for three blocks. From the station at State & Lake, walk north on State Street for one block, cross the river, and MBC will be on the left before you reach Kinzie Street. Also... The Museum of Broadcast Communication is ADA compliant. The videotaping and/or recording of any museum screen content is prohibited.
