Tickets

Tickets are available for purchase online or in person at the museum. Purchasing your tickets in advance allows you to secure your preferred visit date and skip the line when you arrive.

The Museum offers discounted and free admission to eligible visitors. Please see our Tickets page for more information. Free and discounted tickets are only available in-person, unless otherwise stated.

You may carry backpacks, diaper bags, and coats through the museum.
Coat and luggage check is available at the front entrance. Please let the front desk staff know if you need to check an item.

The Museum does not offer lockers or secure storage.

Yes! The Museum is accessible through the main entryway on Randolph Street.
Strollers are allowed in the museum. Strollers can be parked in our coat room by the main entryway. Please let our front desk staff know if you need assistance. The Museum is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or unclaimed items or strollers.
